FROM SOHC TO DOHC FOR HUGE POWER
The compact air-cooled DOHC head is optimized for GROM / MONKEY 125 and is designed for huge power.
ACHIEVES DOHC BY ADOPTING A SEMI-CAM GEAR TRAIN SYSTEM
The cam gear and Idle gear are made by cutting tough nickel-chromium-molybdenum steel.
DLC-treated finger follower rocker arm is adopted.
Finger follower rocker arms are adopted to reduce the inertial mass. Contributes to be performance improvement in the high rpm range.
Two valve face diameter 24.5mm intakes and two 21mm exhaust valves are used.
By adopting 4mm O.D. valve stem, the throat diameter is expanded.
Variable pitch valve spring is adopted.
The variable pitch valve spring is adopted and the load characteristic is changed to suppress the valve surging.
Achieves a valve angle that is as narrow as possible under limited conditions due to DOHC.

Due to the shift to DOHC, the best port layout was adopted under limited conditions, and the port diameter was set to 28 mm for intake and 23 mm for exhaust.
The intake / exhaust port is designed in the same position as STOCK.
Head side cover is made with aluminum die-cast and barrel polishing finish.
M10-P1.25 hole is provided, and blow-by gas can be discharged as an option.
Compression ratio is set at 11.5:1
57.9mm stronger crankshaft with H-Beam conrod is adopted.
Forged H-Beam conrod is durable enough for high output engine.
