めねじのネジ山が破損した時にネジ山を復活させるKITです。ネジ山の損傷とめねじの強度不足を解消するのに最適。めねじを同じサイズ/ピッチで再生し、強度もアップします。 THE KIT TO REBUILD FEMAIL SCREW. SAME SAZE / PITCH CAN BE REBUILT WITH REINFORCED.

使用手順1.下穴加工 INSTRUCTIONS 1. PILOT HOLE DRILLING

ドリルで損傷ネジ部を取り除いて下さい。ドリルはKITに表示されたサイズのものを使用して下さい。 Remove the damaged screw with a drill.Use the drill of the size indicated on the KIT.

使用手順2.タップ立て INSTRUCTIONS 2. TAPPING PROCESS

タップを立てた後は切り屑、ゴミ等をエアーで完全に取り除いて下さい。 After raising the tap, remove chips, dust, etc. with air completely.

使用手順3.リコイルの挿入 INSTRUCTIONS 3. INSERT RECOIL

タングを下に向けて挿入工具でねじ込みます。リコイルのねじ込み深さはねじ込み開始部分からネジ山が1/2～3/4ピッチ沈む程度が適当です。 Screw the tongue down with the insertion tool.The appropriate screwing depth for the recoil is such that the screw thread sinks 1/2 to 3/4 pitch from the screwing start part.

使用手順4.タングの折り取り INSTRUCTIONS 4. FOLD AND REMOVE TONGUE

挿入工具をタングから抜いて90°回転させ、上から叩いてタングを折ります。M8以下のKITにはタング折り取り専用工具が付属されていますので、そちらをご使用下さい。 Remove the insertion tool from the tongue, rotate it 90 °, and tap it from above to fold the tongue.Recoil kits of M8 or less come with a special tool for tongue folding.

• パイロットタップ付きは1.下穴加工と2.タップ立ての行程が同時にできます。
• Kits with a pilot tap, 1. pilot hole drilling and 2. tapping process can be done at the same time.
